When it came to English compostion I always wondered why I couldnt understand exactly what the lecture was about. Sometimes I would while liostening to a lecture drift off into outerspace, and hate myslef later for not paying attention. Its not that I didnt want to I just basically disliked lecture. with the flipped method I can go over the lecture as many times possible until Im positive I understand less of a headache for my professor with all my questions that I'm sure he answered thru lecture.

If the students of my graduating high school class of 2008 Palm Beach Gardens High School had the chance to be introduced to the method of the flipped classroom room I know for a fact our school would have a higher number of students graduating. With this method one cannot go wrong. I feel as if the flipped classroom method would be the ONLY method that would work in urban schools, where students have a hard time understanding teachers.

Writing Doc 1 I've learned how important it is to build an online image, especially while in college. Giving future employers some insight about you. Also I've learned how important blogging has on one's online image. By blogging you're ideas, and views you have to be careful of what you put online it can either help you , or break you in the job market.

Yesterday I started something that would benefit me in the long run I started going to the gym. But this time I made sure to get a personal trainer. Since last year I gained fifty pounds, and lots of health issues. I plan on reducing the booty, the doctor visits, and hospital bills by just a simple gym membership. So far I hate it, but in the long run I'll love the results. And my trip to Barbados this coming August didnt have any influence on my decision at all....cough ,cough.

I've learned while working with my group on Doc1 with my group that if there are different views on how the paper should be written, or if we don't understand one another completely, than our communication is limited. Limited communcation doesn't work in writing with a group. Understanding each other, working together equals success in a group.

When given a certain subject to write about or either comment on. It's either I dont know much about it, or anything at all. Through writing about that certain topic I've became an expert, with built up confidence when asked about the topic. When writing you research what you dont know, then more information comes along, then just like that you have learned through writing, and now you have a world class search paper....Speaking from experience.

Usually the thought of working with others ina group project would make me cringe. Not that I'm anti-social or anything in that nature. Through certain life experiences I figured I could do a better job, and get it done alot faster...ALONE. Working on my Doc1 assignment with my current group shifted my view on group writing. I've learned creative ways of communicating through writing, better ways of planning, and writing. For the most part I would say I'm a little bit more open on group projects.

I personally feel keeping my online image a little conservative will help me in the long run. When it comes to jobs, and people in general would want to know a little more about you. I like the feeling that Iam keeping folks on their toes guessing more about me. keeping my image as clean as possible is a must...well for me it is.

Stamene jean's intro
My name is Stamene Jean, I'm 23 years old, I live here in west plam beach originally from Haiti. I'm attending South University with hopes of getting a degree in Occupational therapy. This is my first year back in college since 2010 when I thought I wanted to become a nurse. I chose Occupational therapy due to the fact that I'm actually helping someone heal one on one, and South University was the right fit for me.
